yes alone, the trick is to have someone with you ,thats attractive and likes you, and you like them back...you can be honest as a good person and say ,sorry i got a bit too drunk last night....as you were really fun and i felt i like you too much to soon and want to screw this up cause im such a good person i want to slow this down.

I've tried something like that and as a european and I got drunk so much - I just reached my bed.
