How many times are guys on cam and they say, "Girls only" or something like that? Who cares who's watching? Personally, I find it flattering if a guy gives me a compliment. I mean, they've got the same equipment, but are complimenting mine. Don't be a homophobe...just say thanks and enjoy the attention. OK, off my soapbox.
